Hello

Hello! It is a magnificent day in Perth today. I had my first swim for the season and although a bit chilly at first it was so refreshing!
The card I am sharing today features one of the stamps from the Darkroom Door Robot Collection. The speech bubble and Hello is also from the same stamp set. The background stencil is called Texture Shine and is a Memory Box Stencil. Bizzy Becs Online Store has a great range of Darkroom Door and Memory Box Stencils and Dies. Anything Goes - Bizzy Bec's November Challenge

You're Nauti-cool!

I made this card for my future son in law as he loves the ocean and sailing. I used a Memory Box Wave Stencil with Salty Ocean Distress Ink. The greeting was stamped with Gray Flannel Memento Ink. These can all be purchased from Bizzy Becs Online Store.

Other items used: Die-namics Die Sailboat, Anchor Die from Couture Creations, Avery Elle stamp set Knotty. The washi tape and paper are also from my stash!

Bizzy Bec's October Challenge

As I write this it is a beautiful sunny day here in Western Australia! I am on school holidays so am in a very relaxed mood :) The beginning of the month brings us another challenge at Bizzy Becs . The theme is "Anything Goes" and if you enter you may win a"surprise" Bildmalarna Stamp donated from Bizzy Becs Online Store.
I made my card from one of Bizzy Bec's Card Packs. I love these as it takes the worry out of deciding where to start. You  always have left over materials to make more than one card also.Unfortunately there are none available in the shop right now but keep an eye out as Bec is planning to make more towards the end of the year. There is a great range of dies, flowers, paper and embellishments at the store.

Happy Father's Day

I hope all the Dad's here in Australia and New Zealand had a lovely day on Sunday. Unfortunately my Dad lives on the other side of the country but I had a lovely chat to him on the phone. This is the card I made for him.

The background is a Darkroom Door Stamp "French Script". I used a Memory Box "Distressed Tag" stamp and die and the Feather Dies are from Impression Obsession.The "love" is from Die-versions.

It's a Boy!

I used a Memory Box Die "Precious Mobile" available for pre-order at Bizzy Becs Online Store  on the card I am sharing today. I love using this die when making a baby card.The paper is from a KaiserCraft pad "Lullaby Collection" which I have had for a while. The sentiment stamp is from a Stampin' Up set.

Hello it is time for another Bizzy Becs "Anything Goes"  Challenge.

On my card I have used a Memory Box die Dogwood and Dogwood Outline. The Hugs sentiment is a Tuesday Technique Die: Say It -Hugs. Bizzy Becs has a great range of both Memory Box and Tuesday Technique Dies available for pre-order here. For the background I used a script embossing folder and covered it with my gelatos. I inked around the edges with Memento Summer Sky Ink which can be purchased from Bizzy Becs Online Store. I cut out the pot on my Cricut.

Pressed Flowers

Today I would like to share a card I made using a  Darkroom Door Stamp "Pressed Flowers."  I used my Gelato Crayons to stamp the image onto white card covered with Gesso. July Challenge Bizzy Becs

Another month and another challenge at Bizzy Becs. The theme this month is once again

My New Year's resolution was to complete two scrapbooking pages a month as over the last few years I have done very little scrapbooking. I started off well, but have only done 9 pages! Lucky that school holidays start here next week so hopefully I can have a few days creating and get back on track! This is one of the pages I have completed. I used a Memory Box Stencil - Rings and Puddles and a Distress Ink - Weathered Wood. Both these can be pre-ordered at Bizzy Becs Online Store. The flowers in the cluster are also from Bizzy Becs.  The gorgeous kids posing in the photo are my nieces and nephew.

Friendship Flowers

Last month a special friend celebrated her 50th birthday. I used her favourite colour  and a Darkroom Door stamp - Friendship Flowers.  I love this set as it consists of five flower images, the verse and several friendship words - so very versatile. Full Bloom

It is so lovely to see cooler and even wet weather here in Perth. I must admit I do enjoy the cooler weather. The background of the card I am sharing today was done on glossy card using alcohol inks. Bizzy Becs May Challenge

The Bizzy Becs challenge for May is "Anything Goes". This is your opportunity to enter anything you wish. The prize this month is a gorgeous Joy Craft Heart Die donated by Bizzy Becs Online Store.

For my card this month I have stamped the background using a Darkroom Door  Stamp "Peeled Paint". I stamped it with a Distress Ink "Pickled Raspberry". The die is a Memory Box Die called Frangia Bouquet which I cut out twice. These can all be purchased from Bizzy Becs Online Store.
The heart is a Technique Tuesday die called Puffy Hearts Trio and the Hugs sentiment is one from my stash. I found it loose among my stamps and as yet haven't found the set it belongs to!!

Engagement Congratulations

Recently my daughter became engaged and this is the card I made for her and her fiance. I used  Memory Box Dies "Bingham Heart" and "Precious Hearts". The Sweetest Thing

A New Baby

Funny how you go through times where you have a run of things, birthdays, weddings, engagements etc. For me at the moment it is babies and how lucky for me that this month the challenge at Bizzy Becs Blog is Babies/ Children. March has arrived and with it a new challenge at Bizzy Becs. The theme this month is Children/Babies and is by our DT girl Kelly who recently became a new mum to a beautiful little boy. For my card I used a Darkroom Door background stamp "Buttons" and stamped it with memento ink- summer sky. I coloured the image with my copics as well as paper piecing part of the pram.

Happy Anniversary

Back to reality for me this month as the new school has started. The Western Australian weather didn't disappoint as both the children and staff sweltered in the first week! I only worked two days but was exhausted lol!!!!
The card I am sharing today was made using the Spellbinders 3D M-Bossabilities folder Delightful Daisies. I used glitter card but this doesn't really show up in the photo. For the butterfly I used two Memory Box Dies Darla and Vivienne. The third element I used is also a Memory Box Die Fresh Foliage. Bizzy Becs has a great range of Spellbinders and Memory Box Dies available at her online store.
